This workshop provides an interactive and informative journey which assists participants to manage the stress and tension of difficult conversations by learning to engage in collaborative dialogue. Dialogue that allows for hearing each other regardless of agreement. This workshop helps to alleviate the trauma and stress to relationships which may occur especially during holidays and gatherings.
