Who Should Attend?

This summit is designed for faith leaders across all traditions—whether you’re a pastor, imam, rabbi, priest, or spiritual leader—who want to learn how to better support survivors of domestic violence within your congregation.

In addition, we welcome domestic violence organizations, advocates, community leaders, and anyone passionate about joining the fight against domestic violence. If you are committed to creating safer, more supportive spaces in your faith community and beyond, this event is for you.

Together, we can take meaningful action to confront this issue and provide the healing that survivors desperately need.

Why Should Faith Leaders Attend?

Domestic violence is not only a social issue but a spiritual crisis that impacts every community, including our faith-based congregations. As faith leaders, we have a unique and powerful role in breaking the silence surrounding domestic violence, offering support, and fostering environments where healing can begin.

By attending this summit, you will:

  • Learn how to identify the signs of domestic violence and respond effectively.

  • Receive guidance on integrating supportive practices into your ministry.

  • Network with other faith leaders who are committed to making a difference.

  • Gain knowledge on available resources that you can bring back to your community.

Your presence at this event is essential. Together, we can ensure that our congregations become safe havens for survivors of domestic violence, places of refuge where they can find support and healing.

October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month. Let’s take this moment to stand united as faith leaders against domestic violence. October is a time of awareness, but it is also a time for action. Be part of the solution by joining us for this important event.

Make your voice heard, and let’s work together to create faith communities where survivors are seen, heard, and supported.
